I) Startup Eligibility Advisory

• Obtain an in-depth understanding of the business of the entity in line with the eligibility conditions for obtaining startup status.
• Advise the entity on way forward for obtaining the startup recognition.

II) Startup Registration

• Prepare the application for initial startup registration based on the information provided by the client.
• Assistance in making responses/ presentations/ reports, if any, to be provided to the concerned department.
• Follow up with the department and assist the entity in getting start-up recognition on a best effort basis.

III) Obtaining Tax Exemption Certificate

• Prepare the application including financial projections based on the information provided by the company.
• Assistance in making responses / presentations/ reports to be provided to the board.
• Follow up with the board and assist the entity in obtaining tax exemption certificate on best effort basis.
